Instruction: In a ceramic bowl, steep 3 grams of matcha in 2 fl. oz of 185F water. Use a matcha whisk (chasen) to whisk the matcha in letter "M" or letter "W" pattern for 20 seconds. Whisk strong to create foam. Pour matcha over milk for a cup of matcha latte.
